Audio? Really?

Yeah, not often, but from time-to-time we have a scammer or high pressure sales guy who's either dumb enough, brash enough, or under so much pressure to "get a deal" that they will leave a message in voicemail.

From my standpoint, they know they're being recorded, so it makes anything they say FAIR GAME. Hear that Florida?

IF we decide to use an audio recording, personally identifiable identification, including the NAME of the caller, not the company will be edited from the track. Caller ID will be retained for the source of the call.

To be PERFECTLY CLEAR - ONLY messages left on an answering device or on voice mail will ever be used. We DO NOT "record this conversation for quality assurance."
